Our Team
Vikki
Vikki has been a Nail Technician since 2000 and re trained as a beautician in 2006.
She opened the hair and beauty Salon with her mother, Teresa in 2007 however, decided to
go off and pursue a career as a Social Worker. Following Teresa's sad passing in 2024,
Vikki made the decision to manage the salon herself and continue her mother's legacy.
Alisha
Alisha is one of our Curly Queens, trained in cutting, styling and caring for curls of all kinds.
She’s been with us since 2008 and has built a loyal client base thanks to her confidence, creativity
and dedication. Whether it’s perfecting your curls or tackling a colour correction, Alisha always delivers
amazing results.
Callum
Callum has been part of our team since 2010 and is one of our Curly Queens, trained to cut, style and care for curls
with confidence and flair. Known for his bubbly personality and client-focused approach, he’s also our go to for
bespoke Balayage, creating customised looks that are as individual as you are.
Nic
Nic has been a senior beauty therapist since 2004 and has been part of The Pamper Lounge family since 2011.
Now running her own business, N.I.C Beauty, she offers a wide range of treatments but is especially loved
for her flawless nails. Over the years she’s built a loyal client base, grown her business to include her
own team with Jade, and continues to bring passion, precision and care to every treatment. A true asset to
The Pamper Lounge.
Jade
Jade has been part of N.I.C Beauty since 2019, working alongside Nic at The Pamper Lounge. She specialises
in facials and massage, bringing a skilled and attentive touch to every treatment. With her eye for detail,
professionalism and calming presence, Jade leaves clients feeling relaxed, refreshed and glowing.
Willow
Willow is the newest member of the team, Willow joined us in June and is already
proving herself to be a star. She’s is eager to learn, practising washes and even
trying her hand at styling. Willow has a keen eye for detail and is helpful and attentive.

Willow is The Pamper Lounge’s Salon Snuggle Specialist, and she takes her job very seriously! 💕.
She loves nothing more than curling up on a client’s lap for cuddles, sharing her toy so you can
throw it for her, and lapping up all the affection she can get
